Happy Holidays to all! REACH got a great Christmas gift this year, we have found a new home and best of all, it's right across the hall from where all the action takes place at our packing plant! The new address will be #5 - 1330 C Winnipeg Street, effective February 1! Big thanks to all who assisted us! Just a quick reminder that our offices will be closed from December 24th until December 29th. May you all have a safe and happy holiday!

Big Crunch 2014

REACH once again this year has had the opportunity to help make some noise with the BIG CRUNCH! This year the participation was up from 2 schools to 9 schools with approximately 1700 students crunching down on locally grown carrots supplied by Local & Fresh!
The Big Crunch gave students and teachers a chance to celebrate World Food Day and gain some understanding of where food comes from and the importance of eating locally and healthily and learn about our food system.
A big thanks to our partners, United Way Regina, Regina Catholic Schools, Regina Public Schools and the Regina Qu'Appelle Healthy Region. Thanks again to Local & Fresh for suppling over 600 pounds of wonderful locally grown carrots!

Pumpkin Cookie Fingers
It’s that time of year, October 31st draws near
Time to trick or treat, but what else should we eat?
Pumpkin cookies with sugar and spice
In the shape of a finger, doesn’t that look nice!
Creepy and scary, it will make you say ‘boo’
Don’t tell the kids, but they are on the healthy side too!
Spider Deviled Eggs
Try these creepy crawly bites
Instead of all that candy on Halloween night
Full of protein and omega-3
They will fill you with glee!
